Honoring Ceremony for the Former Consul and Chargé d’Affaires of the Yemeni Embassy in Jakarta

The Union participated in a ceremony held to honor and bid farewell to Abdullah Al-Sharabi, the Consul and Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Yemen in Jakarta, represented by the Head of Public Relations, Dr. Abdullah Baseham. The event was attended by a number of diplomatic figures and members of the Yemeni community.

During the occasion, Dr. Abdullah Baseham expressed the Union’s appreciation for the efforts made by the Consul throughout his tenure, praising his role in strengthening relations and serving the Yemeni community in Indonesia. He also emphasized the importance of continuing cooperation and communication in a way that serves mutual interests and reinforces fraternal ties.

The ceremony included tribute speeches and the presentation of a commemorative shield and certificate of appreciation, in an atmosphere of gratitude and respect, with best wishes for his continued success in his future endeavors.
