The Yemeni Students Union in Indonesia (YSUI) announces the launch of its online membership registration and renewal service through its official website. The service aims to simplify membership procedures and improve services for students. After submitting an application, the executive board will review the membership requirements and verify the submitted documents and information. Upon approval, members will receive a digital membership card by email, along with their membership number and instructions for members. The Union will maintain an open group for all Yemeni students in Indonesia and establish a separate official group exclusively for members. **Membership Approval Process**
After submitting an application, the Executive Board will review it and verify the following:

If the application is approved, the digital membership card will be sent directly to your email address, accompanied by your membership number and instructions for members.
**Official Groups**
To ensure organized communication among students, two official groups will be established:
🔹 Current Group: It will remain open to all Yemeni students in Indonesia, whether they are members or non-members.
🔹 Official Members' Group: This group is exclusively for membership holders. The invitation link to join will be sent automatically in the email accompanying the membership card once the application has been approved.
