Yemeni Students Participate in International Cultural Day at Universitas Airlangga

Yemeni students took part in the International Cultural Day at Universitas Airlangga in Surabaya, representing Yemen among a diverse group of international participants. The event provided an opportunity for students from different countries to showcase their cultures and strengthen intercultural understanding.

Supported and sponsored by the Yemeni Students Union in Indonesia, the Yemeni pavilion highlighted various aspects of Yemen’s cultural heritage, including traditional cuisine, folk costumes, and handcrafted cultural items. Visitors were introduced to Yemen’s rich history, traditions, and cultural diversity through interactive displays and cultural presentations.

The participation attracted significant interest from attendees and contributed to promoting Yemen’s cultural identity within the international university community. It also served as an opportunity to strengthen cultural exchange, build connections with students from different backgrounds, and present a positive image of Yemen and its people.
