Yemeni Students Highlight National Identity at ICAC 5 – Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta
Yemeni students participated in ICAC 5 at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS), showcasing Yemen’s cultural heritage through traditional attire, cultural presentations, and academic engagement alongside participants from over 30 countries.

A number of Yemeni male and female students participated in the ICAC 5 program for 2026 at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS), engaging in a wide range of cultural and academic activities alongside participants from more than 30 countries worldwide.
The Yemeni participation presented a distinguished and honorable image of Yemen’s rich cultural heritage, showcasing traditional clothing, folklore, and authentic customs. In addition, Yemeni students actively contributed to the academic and cultural segments of the program, strengthening intercultural exchange and introducing Yemen’s identity to an international audience.
The Yemeni Students Union in Indonesia extends its sincere congratulations to all participants for their outstanding presence, expressing pride in their achievements and in representing Yemen in a manner befitting its civilizational and cultural status.
Yemen is a deep-rooted history, a strong identity, and youth who continue to create excellence wherever they go.
