Under the patronage of the Embassy of the Republic of Yemen in Indonesia, the Yemeni Students Union in Indonesia held the official handover ceremony between the fourth and fifth administrative boards, marking the beginning of a new administrative term following the successful fifth-cycle elections.

Under the generous patronage of the Embassy of the Republic of Yemen in the Republic of Indonesia, the Yemeni Students Union in Indonesia organized the official handover ceremony between the fourth and fifth administrative boards. The event reflects the Union’s commitment to institutional development and the peaceful transfer of responsibilities.
The ceremony marked the successful conclusion of the fifth-cycle union elections, which were recently held in a democratic atmosphere that demonstrated the students’ awareness and their commitment to strengthening the Union and enhancing its role in serving the Yemeni student community in Indonesia.
The event was attended by H.E. Ambassador Ahmed Salem Balfaqih, Dr. Mohammed Al-Jamri, President of the Yemeni Community in Indonesia, Mr. Yousef Al-Jahdari, representative of businessmen and supporters of the Union, in addition to a number of presidents of Yemeni and Arab student unions from different countries around the world.
During their speeches, the attendees emphasized the importance of the Union’s role in supporting Yemeni students in Indonesia, strengthening cooperation and solidarity among them, and praised the efforts of both the outgoing and incoming administrative boards. They also expressed their best wishes for the new administration's success in fulfilling its responsibilities and achieving further accomplishments.
