Yemeni Students Union Delegation Visits the Embassy of the Republic of Yemen in Jakarta

Adam Almamari, President of the Yemeni Students Union in Indonesia, accompanied by Abdullah Basahim, the Union’s Public Relations Officer, visited the Embassy of the Republic of Yemen in Jakarta, where they were received by H.E. Salem Balfaqih.

During the meeting, both sides discussed several matters of importance to Yemeni students in Indonesia, with particular attention given to the KNB Scholarship and issues related to academic opportunities and student support. The discussion also reviewed the current status and achievements of Yemeni students enrolled in Indonesian universities, highlighting their academic contributions and successes.

The meeting emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation and coordination between the Embassy and the Yemeni Students Union in Indonesia in order to better serve Yemeni students, support their educational journey, and address issues relevant to their academic and social well-being.

This visit reflects the Union’s commitment to maintaining constructive communication with official institutions and working collaboratively to advance the interests of Yemeni students in Indonesia.
